TSS Management Consultancy DMCC, most typical services are conducting detailed study and analysis of client’s operations and business activities, and then provide a management consultancy report that will help the client to better manage their activities with the key objective to increase the efficiency with a proposed new management system.

 

Our focus is on companies that are involved in property management, renovations, interior upgrade and ongoing maintenance to a group of properties in the region. After reviewing the operations and business activities of the companies, we propose to them a tracking system that will help them to manage their activities more effectively and efficiently and make recommendations to minimize risk. We submit our final report with the proposed tracking system.

What We Offer

A typical scope of services to our client would be the following:

    Provide a final management consultancy report (the final deliverable is in hard copy and electronic format).

    Submit a draft report for review to incorporate the client corrections and changes.

    Based on the analysis of the client business, which are usually the management, renovation/interior upgrade and ongoing maintenance of a group of properties. The report issued by TSS Management Consulting will include a proposed detailed electronic tracking system for the whole group of buildings to help the client better manage and track the work more efficiently. And make recommendations to minimize risk.

    The proposed tracking system will include the following:
     
    ·  Tracking of all maintenance, renovation and interior upgrades.
    ·  Tracking of all preventive maintenance activities, contracts and dates of assigned work, with a follow up system to evaluate the quality of the completed work.
    ·  Tracking of all leasing contracts and renewal dates.
    ·  Recommend standardizing all contracts (leasing, maintenance, upgrade and interior renovations, landscaping ...etc.) to minimize risk to the client
    ·  Recommend a review, in detail, of the leasing and maintenance contracts to make sure that obligations and responsibilities are back-to-back, to minimize risks to the client.
    ·  Track all reports and logs (internal and external).
    ·  Tracking and electronically filing of all documents.

    The scope of services will be limited to the issuance of the management consultancy report for the proposed overall tracking system. An extension to scope is required should the client wish for TSS to continue with updating the data in the tracking.
